Went in today and his day off but let me tell you his staff was on point. Going over some complicated issues with my upgrades to the warranty on my phone. Never once got upset or short. If he didn't have the answer he was quick to ask and get back with us super very quickly. So Shout Out to Kelly. Keep rocking!!! He was the one that helped us today.
