Temporary housing can be tricky, especially since most serious rentals are for six months or a year. Cozy Homes offer month-to-month rental options and it made all the difference to us. We needed something decent, but couldn’t be tied into an exact timeline. We struggled to find a good fit for us in a smaller town like Lubbock , but feel lucky we came across Cozy Homes. Their housing was cute and clean, and that’s because it is carefully maintained by the full-time, hands-on family business. The units are all fully furnished and supplied with everything we needed to continue our lives as if we were home. They also welcomed our dogs like they were their own, and there was a big property for them to play on and explore. The owners were never further away than a step outside the door and promptly responded to all concerns and unforeseen issues. They really wanted us to be comfortable and made sure we lacked nothing. Everybody was so happy, warm and welcoming, it felt like we were visiting people we’ve known forever. Thank you Brian, Dawn and Tess for making our stay easy and fun. If you’re in a pinch and need a reliable place to stay, don’t hesitate to try Cozy Homes. It’s a clean and safe choice!

Can say enough....how fortunate I was to find Cozy Homes. I started a new position, in a new town, 525 miles from home and hubby. I loved having a furnished, stylish place to call home for four months. The best part was always feeling safe knowing that Dawn and Brian were a stones throw away. They accepted many packages and put them safely inside my apartment. I even came home after work, to a warm house, during my first Lubbock cold spell. I worked too much and didn't get to spend near enough time sitting by the pond, with a glass of wine.

The other 4-5 tenants were also professionals, working long hours, needing a comfortable safe home, away from home.

When I sold my house faster than expected, I needed a fully furnished place to stay on a temporary basis. Dawn and her family welcomed me into their Cozy Homes. Conveniently located on 114th St. in Lubbock, it was the perfect place! I highly recommend 806 Cozy Homes for temporary stays, whether you’re visiting Lubbock or relocating you won’t be disappointed!!

This was the perfect place to stay for a month while I was in town. Dawn and her family were extremely kind and easily available while also giving me privacy. The space was perfect and I felt super safe and cozy! Couldn’t give a higher recommendation

We can’t say enough good things about Bryan & Dawn Parr and their Cozy Home community! We were in an emergency situation & needing a place to house our son for the remainder of his senior year at Tech. Thank goodness the wonderful 4 bedroom house was available for him to move in immediately. The Parr’s were so gracious to work with us & actually housed some of his furniture until we were able to to get it back to our home. We can’t thank them enough for this easy transition & their West Texas hospitality!!! We highly recommend staying at 806 Cozy Homes whether it is a one bedroom home up to the 4 bedroom home.
