Such a welcoming gym for anyone at any fitness level!! Would recommend to anyone. It’s definitely been a positive bonus to my life :)

Unquestionably the best run Crossfit gym in Lubbock. The staff goes out of their way to show that they're there to help you reach your fitness goals. great people, great culture!! I love this place. Update - There was a period of time that i took a hiatus from the gym. Melissa, was kind enough to check on my wellbeing and to see if i was still working out. she didn't even try to get me to come back, she just wanted to make sure i was still working out and even provided me with a several workouts i could do from home. I'm back at the gym again and couldn't be happier. I will not go anywhere else but this gym .

Love this gym!!! The people are kind and very friendly! The coaches make sure the instructions are clear and easy to understand! Working out is more enjoyable when you have fun and love the people you workout with!!! I’m always motivated to come workout! I get better results here than any other gym!

Years later and this place is still the best!!

I shopped around Lubbock, trying multiple boxes before I landed at Paladin. The gym has a community feel that gets lost in a lot of other mega boxes, but the services, coaching, and attention are top-of-the-line. Everything from the programming to the coaching and community service is intentional. I'm proud to be a member.
