“I deal with only the Upland location.. Let me tell you why... Victor and Mac are so awesome and helpful. Regardless of what I need they always go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I ran into a dilemma and needed a different vehicle..I was looking for an SUV and Upland didn't have any. So they told me to see if I liked any from the other locations..so I went to Frankford and really expected to get the service that I get from Upland... Well that didn't happen..I was overly surprised that the salesman Kimbo.. ( whom I spoke with on the phone a few times).. Really wasn't that interested in finding me a vehicle..I asked him a lot of questions about the truck he showed me that apparently was " in great condition and very nice"..was not at all what he was telling me by the end of the conversation I found out that the truck needed alignment.. It had a knocking sound and the AC was broke... So I passed!.. I got tired of the fishy answers and he got tired of the questions.. He told me that If I had anymore questions that I could just talk to Mac.. So much for teamwork..but of course that experience was not as bad as the downtown location... Where do I start?.. I know they are located downtown but it was definitely the worst experience that I ever had... I showed up to test drive a couple of cars I was interested in .. The lot porters were moving the cars around... So my husband asked who we needed to speak to and the guy tells me .. " one of those MF..ers in there".. We both looked at each other like this should be interesting..little did I know we were going to have to be lot porters too.. So we go inside... No salesmen in sight... It was like a ghost town.. We saw a lady in the corner office and asked we could speak to a salesperson.. She called one to the front.. We asked him a few questions.. And he told me that I could just go try them out since the keys were in them... So we headed outside.. The car we wanted to test drive was wedged between 2 other cars.. Instead of the salesman coming out to help or pull the car out for us.. My husband and I had to get in 2 different vehicles and try to figure out how to get the car out... This was crazy... I mean really we were there to buy a car...not play lot porters for the day... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!... So back to Upland I went.. Thank you Victor and Mac for being the best part of my customer experience.... You guys really shine and know how to treat your customers... I will continue my relationship with Carizma because of you two!!.. Thank you for your great service...So if your gonna buy a car... Go visit Victor and Mac they will take care of you.”
