Excellent experience! I rented online and it was very easy to do and great prices! Once that process was finished George called me to welcome us which is unheard of now a days that was impressive. Once we arrived he greeted us very nice guy! I will recommend All American Storage to everyone!

Absolutely wonderful! I was a student at Tech and used this storage unit throughout my time there. George, the owner, is phenomenal and one of the kindest people I've ever met! Set up is extremely easy, security is awesome, and the 24 hr accessibility is super convenient.

My personal experience was just over the top and worth sharing. I graduated from Tech and then commissioned into the Army. The Army was sending movers to pack up all of my things and transport them to my next duty station, and someone needed to be there to supervise. I had already moved out of Lubbock and my primary release agent ended up being unavailable on that day. I called George and explained my situation and he was just incredible. He held onto my key for me and not only supervised the move, but then called me as soon as everything was packed up to let me know how things went. I just cannot say enough about how kind and helpful he was and how great my experience was with All American Storage. I definitely recommend it over anywhere else in Lubbock!
