Jennifer is very knowledgeable, a joy to work with. My first phone was DOA. I went back to the store. I got there about 6:20 pm, the store closes at 7:00pm.
Cody exchanged my bad for for a good phone, no hassles! Good job Jennifer and Code Man!
Also my new Google Pixel 4a is much faster than the S 20 Ultra from a different carrier (Vision) or something like that!

Greg!! Give this man a raise, a promotion, and at minimum an enthusiastic pat on the back.
So many reasons Greg is GREAT:
1. He saved my mom at least $70/month in untapped discounts. Wow.
2. He upgraded my phone from an antiquated device to a snazzy new 12. I always dread switching phones -- not that I don't love a nicer toy, but I loathe the inconvenience, the fear of losing information, and the distrust I have in myself to execute the process. Greg did all the legwork of transferring my data, ensuring my biz was secure, and keeping me perfectly calm along the way.
3. He has the patience of a saint!! Greg was overly generous in answering my numerous questions, walking me through the nooks and crannies of the new phone, and indulging me in irrelevant small talk as he worked his magic.
4. CUSTOMER SERVICE in all caps. Rarely do I come across such quality service -- thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt -- with an interest in me rather than the sale. After the Year of Suck that was 2020, many of us don't have the time or mental energy to deal with extra headaches that arise from new technology or mediocre sales staff. Greg was such a pleasant, refreshing, and happy surprise from the experience I (erroneously) anticipated.
In summary: every store needs a Greg.

We went in to store today to get some work done on our phones. We ended up buying new phones. We were waited on by Marissa Ochoa. She was such a blessing to us. Being old we don't understand all the bells and whistles. Marissa took extra time to help us. She went over and beyond her job to be helpful to us. Please know you have a jewel of an employee in her. I was looking to get in and out quickly because I didn't have much time. The employee who helped me, Cody, was very precise and took care of me in a timely manner, considering all i needed done. I had several questions and he answered each one professionally and adequately. His customer service was excellent and he was very polite. AJ was also very helpful in assisting, and did this with a great attitude. He was extremely friendly. We laughed and joked around, which made it the visit pleasant. I totally recommend this location if you're looking for phenomenal customer service!
