(February 10, 2020, 12:15 pm)Dealing with a family members estate means we have made 6 changes to our policies as things are bought and sold. Although I am positive these rapid changes were not convenient to Michelle R., she treated us as if it made her day to reconfigure our premiums 6 times or more. She was more than kind when we had to dig for answers she needed and was very supportive of our grief and took the time to share her own warm memories of our loved one. She also made calls to assure we were insured at the right rate and got us as many discounts as possible. We have already told several friends to give Townsend Allstate a try! Michelle went above and beyond what we expected!
