It's a very orderly medical office. I was gretted as soon as I walked in. The window clerk too kk my entry information and I took a seat. After I wss called in by the nurse I was weighed, vital signed taken. The nurse did a assessment of my current health and I waited for the doctor. Everything I noticed was in order and neat.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted and was nervous and unsure because of the city health clinic stigma. However, my experience was smooth and professional. It did seem a little rushed, which I've come to my own conclusion was because of high demand and low supply. Or to put another way, the need for more staff/funding/ pay increase. Either way thank you guys for the fix

I had a partially corroded wisdom tooth that needed to come out and I was so nervous. I've never been awake during a tooth extraction but the dentist made me feel very comfortable. He was very quick. I didn't even have time to worry about it hurting (which it didn't at all) by the time he said the tooth was out and it was over. The most painful part was the numbing shot that was really just a pinch. I was very pleased with the procedure and staff.
