Motel 6 Lubbock, TX

It was my adult son 1st time to NorthTampa Behavioral, the staff communicated with me, when I called to leave messages to talk to nurse, case manager, they returned my phone calls.they listen to my concerns, they made sure I got the correct information I needed,the staff reassured me, my son was getting good care, I trusted them and they followed through.when my son was being discharged,they ask did he need a ride, I said yes cause I was at work and we live in Bradenton,transportation was provided. I would like to Thank All The Staff, Happy Mother😄me and my son went to dinner and talk for the first time in about a year… Thanks

I have read several reviews and would like to elaborate that there is a Veteran/Military affiliated program called C.O.R.E (Challenge, Overcome, Restore, Empower) which is separate from the rest of the facility. The staff is very professional and courteous. It is a very structured program to assist you in dealing with the issues that you arrive with. The various group discussions explain in detail how the mind reacts to very stressful/catastrophic events and then through discussion on how to understand these reactions and provides tools on how to deal with your thoughts. This environment is very laid back and being with other veterans makes it easy to get involved in the discussions. I’ve had several one on one therapy sessions with the VA wizards that went nowhere, this is way better. Bring an open mind and listen to what is being presented. It has been 158 days since I left the program and every one of those I’ve been sober. Give it a try.

Let me tell you about this place. I came to North Tampa Hospital couple of times I was put on unit A

I found that unit A was good. I feel like the staff - I for get their names because I have not been here for couple of months - was really good and caring about us. Unit A have therapy all day long which is really good because we get something out of here when we come. The unit was very clean

About unit A sharing the room is a little scary because they don’t match up people with the same problems

The food is just okay

Ms. Brenda had awesome customer service and was very helpful to my situation.

The front desk agent saphire was the most attentive she was kind and genuine. She was all aine and the place was swamped. She handled it with grace. I definitely think saphire is the best at her job. She deserves a huge raise for her ability to handle things under pressure. I really enjoyed her.

We were traveling home to Killeen, Texas from Salt Lake City, Utah as we just came from my sisters funeral, it’s been a pretty rough week and all we wanted was to go home.
However we were tired and just needed to sleep, we stopped here at motel 6 and Aaron at the front desk was super friendly, professional.
He went out of his way to show us the rooms before hand to make sure they were accommodating.
Beds were standard and prices was great.
Overall if not for Aaron we may not have stayed as customer service is one of the most important things for us.

My stay at this Motel was amazing... I stayed there while passing through on my way to Texarkana, Texas... and what I really liked about this hotel was the management.... I was having a problem needing towels the manager himself delivered them to me...I don't know his name but a very tall nice black guy with gold in his mouth...thank you for making my stay enjoyable...
