I do have a suggestion for the owner and I have submitted a photo to use as reference.
At the front of the storefront, drop an electric line down from ceiling and put a bar type area with outlets from the middle of the wall extending out about 7 feet. You can put 6 work areas (3 on each side) for business or student customers to sit and use their laptop while getting some laundry done.
