They were very helpful and patient and got me in and out in one day within 45 minutes. If you want great customer service this is where you’ll get it.

Worst experience I ever had on a business contract. They quoted me a price. So I jumped on it. So when it came time to sign, the price went up 140%. Long story short,i still have my old tires. And my money.

Good place to go if you need tires in a snap. Good VIP Benefits program, 4-wheel alignment at Pep Boys included. Granted, you pay out the behind for tires if you take rental agreement out the 52 wks, but if you get it paid off WITHIN 120 days, you pay half which is still a bit much (for me).
