  Drs Marbella Zumaya Tran and Hoa Tran run the friendliest, most efficient and most professional clinic imaginable. I and my family have found them to also be very thorough and accurate in their diagnosis and treatment processes. They deserve 5 plus ratings across the board.

  I’ve lived in a number of different places and seen a variety of doctors over the years. Dr. Zumaya is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She is kind, knowledgeable, and listens to her patients. She never writes things off, which I’ve had many doctors do, but takes any symptoms I mention seriously. I recommend her to everyone I know. I feel extremely lucky to have her has my doctor.

  Dr. Zumaya is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, kind & compassionate, and she takes plenty of time to actually listen to any concerns. Making an appointment is quick and easy; the staff (everyone from front desk to nurses to assistants) is always friendly whether over the phone or in person and I’m always greeted with a smile from each of them when I walk in (or drive up curbside). The location is super easy to find and access; parking is right out front. I have also taken advantage of the convenient drive-up curbside option (private car stalls) and I believe her medical practice has been one of the safest during the pandemic. The building (lobby, exam rooms) is beautifully decorated, making one feel comfortable and at ease, and everything is absolutely immaculate. Dr. Zumaya provides in-house labs, x-rays, etc., and has always promptly and personally called with results. I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Zumaya (as well as her husband Dr. Tran and any of their excellent nurse practitioners) to anyone looking for exceptional, personalized, compassionate medical care in Lubbock and West Texas.

  My husband and I had to find a new PCP about a year ago. Dr.Zumya came highly recommended by my cardiologist and she accepts Medicare, so we became new patients and have been extremely pleased with our decision. She is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, very thorough and proactive.
  Her staff is top notch ,very efficient and professional. You can get seen quickly to get answers and the help you need.
  We get test results in a timely manner and if referrals are needed the ball doesn't get dropped !
