New Balance of Lubbock

Great store and amazing customer service. We were living in Oregon and just picked up the phone, they told us the styles they had we picked one and then they shipped them to us! Friendly folks!

I want to start by saying 'thank you' to the nice salesman that helped my son in getting his New Balance 840s. He was very knowledgeable about the New Balance running shoes. We have been purchasing running shoes from the same New Balance store for 3-years and he still remembers us. We feel very comfortable purchasing New Balance running shoes and the N.B. 840s have been very comfortable and a great support shoe.

I always enjoy having Dan help me find the right shoe for my difficult feet! He's gotten my into comfortable shoes that prevent me from having knee problems for many years now.

The staff at this store are absolutely AMAZING! They know their stuff and will work with you to get you the perfect fit for whatever you need. Best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had and what I walked away with is the best fitting, most supportive shoes I’ve ever owned.

In House service is excellent. They had to order me a pair of shoes which were not in stock. It took longer than promised to get the shoes. I was going to cancel since it took so long to receive them. However, the shoes were received and fit very well. Thanks to the staff in Lubbock Store for the good customer service.
