  Food taste amazing its like a better Mcdonalds. Wait time is super short and I'm always satisfied. My wife and I love it and will continue to eat here.

  What a burger Yes..this was the best home made burger..juci and fresh.. Hand battered onion rings..topped off with a strawberry shake.. Easy access from a busy street. Always tasty. Sandwiches are fresh and hot. Staff very friendly, patient and helpful. We love eating at Whataburger. Their hamburgers are awesome. They are quick getting our order ready. Clean and great atmosphere.

  It's Whataburger, one of my favorite franchise/fast food places. Fairly new location in a growing part of Lubbock.They were slammed, still got great, quick and friendly service. Would be a 5 star rating, but wife ordered a chicken cranberry salad for consumption later. Didn't eat until the next day, and was no chicken on it! Noticed there was an option on their menu for the salad w/o chicken, could be a prep error. Wasn't about to drive a 100 miles for a couple bucks, so knocked down the review points.

  Our first trip to this specific location was great, we dined in. Manager on duty promptly took our order, was friendly, repeated back the order before finishing it out and was really kind. He was always busy cleaning, checking in, offering condiments. Tables were all busy, not shocking, but all still clean. Food came out quickly, correctly and warm!
  
  Even my Californian husband suggested Whataburger before me that afternoon ????

  This is a new location (it's January 2018 right now). It's modern and clean. It's 5:00am right now so I'm passing through Lubbock to catch a fight at the airport. The staff is very helpful and in a great mood given the time of day. Keep up the great work everyone!!
