I stayed in Park Hill for 2 years and had an amazing experience. All the appliances in the apartment are well maintained. The maintenance team is very quick in resolving any issues. I strongly recommend this place for people. Only issue I saw was limited parking spots.
The Park Hill is special for us because this was the first place we lived when my partner and I first got married :) We loved out 3 bedroom apartment and the community was great. Visitors parking is scarce but the managers always took good care of us :) Thank you
Lived here 2 years, and can honestly say it was the best apartment complex my family and I have lived at in over 5 years. It was not without fault, the walls and floors are thin, and guest parking is limited (though they did implement parking boss during our time there which did improve this matter). Though for us, the biggest hang up with apartment living has been rude management and staff. Park Hill is a nice change of pace!!! Ben was our point of contact throughtout our time there, and he displayed exceptional customer service, professionalism, and efficiency with any questions or concerns that arose over the last couple of years. I hope Essex continues to invest in solid employees like Ben to make their communities brighter. Overall, I would recommend Park Hill to anyone looking for an apartment.
This is a great place to live. This 5-Star is because both Ben and Jermaine are very friendly. They are always available for any help. I have been living here for the past 2 years, so far no issues. This place is great for family. Only issue is that some houses are covered by large trees so there is no natural light. This is a specific problem not all houses. If they could trim the trees, you will get a natural light that will help residents and also this will help to save the electricity.
Overall, a great place to live.
Great place to live! I've live here over 3 years. The complex is well kept and the management is very helpful and responsive. I especially appreciate Ben at the leasing office. He has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Park Hills.
