(October 22, 2019, 11:31 pm)I recently brought my professional line clarinet into this shop for a replacement of two pads. I am very impressed with their customer service, as they were friendly both in person and on the phone, and they completed the work 3 days earlier than promised. Their work was quality, and they even replaced a few key corks that I had not mentioned to them. As a music major, I trust them with my instrument (and it is as vital to me as a car is to someone who commutes to work).
