Lynette has helped me so much over the past year and a half. She helped me learn mindfulness and more effective coping mechanisms for my depression and anxiety. I am doing much better than I have under the guidance of other counselors. She is professional without being stuffy or uncomfortable. I am living a much healthier and happier lifestyle after following many of her suggestions. I continue to see her regularly and keep making improvements not only personally, but with all my relationships. Healing starts with yourself, but Lynette has the experience and guidance necessarily to help get you on the right track. She is honest and upfront, but very personable.
