“I saw Dr. Summer Ketron after avoiding the dentist for years. The last dentist I went to said I had several dental needs then while working on a crown he was so rough that I bruised on the outside of my cheek and had a blue/purple bruise on my face for the next week. Needless to say I have major anxiety about the dentist. I was upfront about this with the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Ketron. They allowed me to keep the heavy X-ray apron on (almost like a weighted blanket) throughout the entire visit and not just the X-ray portion. Dr. Ketron was very understanding that the amount of work my teeth required would come at an appropriate cost and worked with me regarding payment. I trust Dr. Ketron as I knew I had a history of bad teeth and she showed me every part of the X-ray where work needed to be done. The dental hygienist, Misti, was so patient during my cleaning. She allowed me to take breaks as often as I needed and would talk with me to provide distractions as well as letting me know what she was going to be doing next so I wasn’t scared or overwhelmed. I highly recommend Dr. Ketron and her team!”
