“We walked in with my teenage daughter's prescription in hand (she used our insurance on her contacts and we needed some cheap backup glasses), we were able to find some really cute frames with the blue light filter on the lenses (we all know how much teens stare at screens now days), with a 1 year warranty, all for around $150. And they were ready for us to pick up in less than a week. The gal was super helpful and we will definitely be using them again.”

“I am writing to respond to Danni Trigo. I am so sorry that you feel like you had an unpleasant experience at our facility. Many of our parents including our employees are single moms and we do everything in our power to help in whatever capacity we can. Just to clarify WE MOST DEFINITELY have cameras throughout our facility. There is one in every room, hallway, playground, cafeteria and office in this building. This was something that we spared no expense on and is always available for our parents to view. In order to ensure that all of our children get the rest they need during the day we do request that all children are dropped off by 11. We lay down for nap shortly after that and other kids being dropped off during nap time can cause a disturbance for the sleeping kids. We have many kids that have parents that need to be at work extra early which requires the children to be at daycare early. Nap time is essential to them getting the rest they need. As far as our group sizes go, we have rules and regulations that are mandated by the State of Texas. Part of those rules prevent us from having "a million" kids in one room. We are at all times in compliance with these rules and regulations. Meal times are also very important to us. We make sure to give each child as many helpings of food as they need to get full. Our menus are approved by the State of Texas as well as the same Food Program that regulates public schools. All of these kids are our babies and we love each and everyone of them dearly which is why we unfortunately put ourselves in the position of parents owing money. I apologize that you were embarrassed about your parents offering to pay your balance but when a large balance is owed to us and a family member comes to our location to settle the balance before the child leaves our care we accept that payment rather than turn the account into collections. I hope you have found another facility to meet your needs. We enjoyed your family for the small time we had them”

“Took these guys my 94 Ford Bronco for a complete drive train installment and then some (Motor, Trans, T-case, Intake manifold, Headers, etc.). It took a little time but it was a big job to say the least and I understand these guys have to get other smaller jobs in and out to eliminate clutter. My review isn't really for their great work but for their gracious demeanor. Their service was great, talked to them atleast once a week if not more, professional and respectful. We had a family emergency that led to us to the ER at the Covenant Hospital and put us in a financial bind. Well it's such an older vehicle and bolts seize and or other parts just don't come apart like they went together when built. So some extra work was needed to be done to be able to finish the assembling of the motor and what not. Well with extra work/parts comes extra cash and that was cash I just didnt have at the moment. I CANT THANK THESE GUYS ENOUGH FOR THEIR GENEROSITY. They worked with me on the total cost, even went out of their way to give me a ride due to me having to ride the ambulance to the ER. Just good people and they'll get you taken care of. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. Thanks again Trevor and to the Total Knockout Shop.”
