“I went in one day & God knows I was already having a long week & I was so stressed and the bank was the last place I wanted to go, but my debit card wasn’t working. I sat with Oliver Te’O, one of the bankers (best associate there). Not only did he assist me with a new debit card, he also noticed that I seemed to be having a rough week & he was so kind enough to talk to me on a personal level & not just about banking. He reassured that even though they are a bank, that he would at any time be glad to talk about anything with me to show that Prosperity takes pride in not only their work, but their customers as well. I was currently banking between Prosperity & Wells Fargo & I could no longer stand Wells Fargo outrageous fees that they were charging me. Oliver & I also went over that as well & helped me move all my assests over to Prosperity.
