She will re-explain information if necessary and is never in a rush. I suddenly developed severe complications towards the end of my pregnancy. She explained the situation to me and my family members as they arrived at the hospital. She was everything I needed in that moment. She praised me for recognizing something was “off” and explained the severity of the situation, which I appreciated. She remained calm and confident, which kept me in good spirits and kept me calm in what could have easily been a chaotic situation. From the moment she met me at the hospital, she never left my side until she had delivered my son and knew we were both okay. She saved my life and my son’s life. Because of his prematurity, he was in the NICU for 11 days. Despite me being discharged from the hospital, she still would find us in the NICU and check on both of us. Words will never be able to depict my appreciation and sincere gratitude for her and her staff.”
