  Janie and Lynette are wonderful. Janie is professional and wants everything to be right. I am so happy that I decided to visit New Sound in Bay City. Friends told me that I should go to Sugar Land or Houston, but New Sound in BC offered that same professional audiologists as those in the "city" and I got local service and attention. Great decision, great job by Janie and Lynette.

  I have been going to New Sound since 2016 now. I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received, both at the time of purchasing hearing aides and after. They now have a new audiologist named Holly Morias who is outstanding as well. Having had previous experiences getting hearing aides from doctor's offices, I have found that the service I receive at New Sound is far superior, as far as purchasing aides and after care. My experience has been that Dr's offices tend to be too busy. The quality of my hearing aides have been excellent at New Sound. If I could give New Sound 10 stars, I would.

  I received my pair of hearing aids at New Sound through an NRA hearing promotion. The New Sound people were very polite, professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. They helped me in deciding which model would be best for my situation and I didn't feel pressured or "scammed". After a week I came back for a checkup and everything seemed to be fine. Didn't require any further adjustments. It's like I've got new ears now. I think the technician "hit it out of the ball park" when she initially set my instruments up. For the time being I'm very satisfied with my hearing aids as I continue to become adjusted to them. Will be coming back for further checks and with confidence believe there won't be any problems. Yes, I would recommend New Sound to anyone and their products seem to be very competitively priced.
