The staff is always friendly and there is never much of a wait. I have 2 daughters and they both feel comfortable with Dr. Rangel. He is very calm and sweet with them. He will explain and answer any questions you have with great detail, and never leaves you feeling rushed. We absolutely love this office.

We love this office! The staff has been nothing but wonderful to us. My daughter looks forward to visiting for her checkups because she can always get whatever stuffed animal she decides to take that day checked as well. It's precious to watch her develop such a great relationship with Dr. Rangel and the nurses. Sabrina is also fantastic, she is always so happy and sweet both over the phone and in person. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Just switched here from a pediatrician in San Antonio & already see a huge difference in how they handle kids. The nurse would distract my kids when giving shots & made sure they were comfortable. Dr. Rangel made noises and hand movements so my kids would feel comfortable with him & not cry. Gave my son a lollipop after his shots & his favorite character Spider-Man bandaids. he loved it so much he wanted to go back for more shots. 😂 you can tell they really love their little patients here! Best decision to switch !

I am new to the area and this office was recommended by a friend. They were able to get my son an appointment next day. The appointment was efficient and the staff was helpful. I was in and out within about an hour. His double ear infection is on the mend thanks to the meds prescribed. This will be our local pediatrician instead of driving back into SA.

Very straight to the point and we’ve never had to wait long at all to be seen. The whole staffing team is awesome and such a big help. Dr. Rangel is very soft spoken and good with the children. We appreciate them all very much!
