Got a great tour from Whisper, our guide. Wonderful facility with a great history.
The Landmark Inn had its Kid Fish Event so we took our 2 grandkids. It was their first time fishing and they had a blast! They each caught 3 fish each and they were able to hook 2 each to keep. Rainbow Trout was what they caught and we cooked them up later. They will have it again in the Spring so bring your kids on out. It's Free and we'll organize.
Enjoyed a guided tour with David the site manger and historian. He's very knowledgeable of the history of the area.
The staff was really knowledgeable and the place was great. I also fish there
Interesting small historical museum and bed & Breakfast. Buildings started in 1849 and have included a hotel, general store, grain & cotton mill and water driven electrical power plant. We stayed in the B&B - rustic rooms. Enjoyed walking the grounds and have taken the tour.
