No matter what or timing they made sure she was taken care of and made her feel so comfortable for a 5 year old dentist aren’t the best people to them but Dr.C was great! Keri was such a great person with my little one she was so friendly and made she she got her price after her visit. “Dealing with automotive repair is always a stressful endeavor. Honestly most of the time it seems they want to add things or procedures that aren't necessary. Of course in an AC technician there's times I recommend things to people that might not seem necessary, but if given the time to explain it to them I can let them know exactly why they are needed and how it will benefit them. That's how these people work at AT Automotive. They were so courteous with my wife and I, they told me exactly what I needed and why I needed it. Then when I declined certain things they did not push like other automotive places do. They don't make me feel like I have to explain why I don't want it. It's simply no thank you maybe next time, OK no problem we'll get your car taken care of in the way you want. I really appreciate that and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, that's always good!”

“Approximately 2 months ago, I had an excellent experience at Medina Glass. They fit me in on a Friday morning, and while my windshield was being replaced, I had an excellent conversation with a super-nice employee (who answers the phones & certainly does a million other things). Medina Glass had been recommended to me, and I’m glad I listened. I also noted the friendly camaraderie between everyone—as if everyone really enjoys working together. In short, I was fit in quickly, it did not take long to fix, I had a pleasant experience, and I can see quite clearly out of my windshield again. “A deer struck my 2015 Land Rover and did quite a bit of exterior damage to the passenger side. I took my car to Byrd Refinishing because I know of their excellent work already. The work needed was analyzed and parts ordered so that when I took my car in , work could be started immediately. The results are outstanding! The car is better than when I took it in because of all the new parts. I am a board member of The Land Rover Advisory Board at JLR and I reported the progress with before and after pictures and lead engineer agrees with my assessment! Great Job!”
