(May 2, 2019, 6:08 pm)Dealing with an accident is never a fun process. However, my whole ordeal was made a little less painful and a little more pleasant at DeMontrond Collision. I consulted with Chris who was very informative and transparent with what would be done with the car. He was very responsive with any questions and concerns that I had, and was also very communicative with me every step of the process. The car came out as promised. When promised. That is about all I can ask for. Thanks!

(February 7, 2019, 2:42 pm)Fast turn around time. Vehicle looks great. Would have liked better communication though.I’ve called a few times to get info on diminished value and have been told someone would call me back twice but still haven’t gotten a call.
(August 16, 2018, 12:56 pm)Nick is great! I have geico and they repaired my vehicle after I hit a deer. It's been a year and a part they replaced on my air conditioner messed up. Nick took care of the issue and fixed it right up in about 30 minutes, and said if I have any more problems just to let him know. I was very pleased with the customer service I received, and their new office/shop is very nice!
