Extremely pleased with experience. Staff was courteous and helpful. They provided transportation to, and from my home, and everything was accomplished in the time frame promised. I saved money by using the last of my five oil coupons that were purchased in bulk in advance, and they were kind enough to honor my dealership coupon. I recommend them 100%. I don’t know who all worked on my car but I interacted with Tim, Jerry, Braden and Peter.

Came in for a state inspection and was expecting to not be taken too seriously since I wasn’t there for full service by them but was pleasantly surprised at their attention and complimentary full vehicle inspection in addition to the state inspection. They were fast and notified me of a power steering fluid need for my car. They offered to waive the state inspection fee for me to do the repair right then which was a nice gesture. Great service and quality. I have no hesitation referring anyone to them. Wish more shops were like them. Truly a gem worth taking your car to.

He came out to my apartment and tried to jump my car that wouldn’t start. When that didn’t work he had someone at the shop bring out the battery for my car and they changed it IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX PARKING LOT! It was raining the whole time.

that still didn’t work so they towed it back for me and covered the cost of the tow. (Thank you!) Jerry said the starter would need to be replaced most likely. After further inspection they needed to replace another part too which caused the starter and battery to go out. He truly tried his best to get my car running for me and then got my car back to me within a few days. They let me do after hours pick up because my hours at work didn’t align with their open hours. It was the best customer service I’ve ever gotten.

Jerry is the general manager and I would highly recommend them.

I took my car in because my check engine light came on and I needed an oil change. Jerry was very kind and friendly. He offered to have one of his staff take me home while they diagnosed and worked on my car. Jerry kept me abreast of everything going on and what needed to be done prior to completing services. He also explained what would happen if I didn't fix the problem. When my car was ready, they sent a lyft to come pick me up, at no additional charge. I am very pleased with the service I received. You have a new customer. I'll be taking my car here for any future needs and for oil changes. Thank you so kindly!

It was my first time visiting the shop. My vehicle was given out an unusual sound that I could not place the source by myself. They correctly diagnosed the sound as coming from the completely rusted out exhaust.They did the diagnosis at no charge to me. They also gave me the most candid advice about about the general condition of my car. I'll always use their service from now on. I'm happy I discovered them.
