Donald Williams definitely took the time out to explain EVERYTHING , detail to detail. To ensure ( no punt intended lol ) I understood everything I was paying for! Great job team! 5/8: Update - I'd also like to thank Jessica for helping us through our claims process. Unfortunately we had an accident recently, but she has been on top of following up with us, fighting to help us get ALL of the repairs covered, and making sure the underlying insurance carrier is taking care of their end of the claim promptly.
(April 5, 2019, 6:33 am)This was an outstanding experience, I am always so busy but we took our time getting all our documents over to Sean and Donald. These two were so patient and followed through with every request we had. Not only am I getting better coverage I am saving almost $1000 a year! Thank you so much for all your hard work and excellent customer service
