(August 26, 2019, 2:44 pm)My very good friend (more like a daughter), is pregnant and has been extremely ill. She had not been able to keep anything down for 3 days. In addition to her pregnancy, she had a severe UTI, and a terrible cough. I brought her in to CHI St. Luke’s & she no more than sat down when they brought a wheelchair and took her right into one of the emergency bays. They hooked her right up to an IV and the doctor came in within 2 minutes. She was taken for x-rays due to the cough, and it was learned that she also had pneumonia on top of everything else. She was given anti nausea medicine and antibiotics in her IV to prevent her from throwing them up. Later she as admitted to the hospital. I can’t remember ever going to any emergency room that I didn’t have to wait forever. The fact that they jumped on this the minute I brought her in totally amazed me. I’m giving 5 stars!
