(December 1, 2019, 11:48 pm)You will appreciate the great people and the service you receive at this public storage facility. The person I dealt with was Beth. We had just moved into the area and my wife was having a really hard time because of leaving our home in another state after living there for some 58 years. Beth made her feel welcomed to Texas and reassured her that everything was going to be alright and that our belongings were going to be safe there. This lady deserves the very highest kudos that can be given for the loving way she helped my wife. I can’t say enough about the love and kindness that she showed to two people she had never met before.
(November 19, 2019, 4:32 pm)Had a wonderful welcome and orientation of the property, and the (second) unit I would end up renting today as guided by manager Jackie! Very explanatory, and promised me the hallway door for my other longtime unit would be added to her list as things to have fixed. I have rented my other (primary) unit here for six years and am quite satisfied!
(November 3, 2019, 12:21 pm)When I came in to your facility the other day I was having a really bad frustrating day. The two ladies Beth & Valerie that were there really made my day better. They were extremely helpful & made me feel a lot better. I was given quotes on a few units. It helps to have friendly and understanding people working there. Thanks ladies I really appreciate your service. Sorry again for being frustrating.
