“I stepped into a gopher hole in the field, resulting in detachment of an ankle ligament from the bone. A chunk of bone came away with the ligament. Dr. Tom operated on my ankle, and pinned the bone back in place. I had very little post-operative pain, the ankle healed quickly, and without even a scar left from the surgery. Dr. Tom is an excellent surgeon. I have had several unrelated foot and ankle problems, and he does not recommend surgery if there is another way to fix a foot or ankle problem. If you want caring and competence, and a helpful, friendly office staff, go see Dr. Tom.”

“Village Green has so much love in it. Every single building. The fact that it is a family owned business makes management accessible 24/7. It’s not often that management trains their staff personally and is always willing to jump on the floor. Furthermore, when they say “unique care for unique needs”, they really mean it. There is nothing that they aren’t willing to do to make sure the residents care comes first. They don’t increase rate of pay as our loved ones level of care increases. It’s a blessing to be a part of a family like this. Family is always welcome 24/7. The staff are loving towards the residents. It’s a place full of love and faith. For anyone who is going through a tough time and needs a strong and understanding support system, this is the place to be, whether it’s for the resident or for the resident’s family. “This has become my favorite Michael’s and today, just topped it off. Thanks to the young lady working the register today. It’s fairly new so the layout takes time getting use to but the staff here, at this location vs the others around here, are exceptional more helpful and pleasant to approach. They are more friendly and you can often find help. The other one in town lost my business a couple years ago. They were the only one in town. Not so much on the friendly side, you get one person here and there but not much and I been shopping there for over 10 years!). Having friendly and outgoing customers makes you want to go shop and return. You can have the best deals but if I have to shop in a hostel environment or no personality, I take my business elsewhere. I am an online shopper who gets anxiety attacks and I will at least leave to go to this location. So happy there is a Michael’s I can enjoy shopping at again!”
