(May 20, 2019, 4:34 pm)Jesse is a credit to the company. He is extremely professional yet personable. He offered excellent advice and really helped our every need. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him.
The only reason I did not rate this 5 stars because there is another member of staff here who is exceptionally unprofessional. He took a personal FaceTime call while we were there one time and the next time we encountered him, he was nonchalant and rude. His customer service skills are none existent and he just had a real vague approach to everything, rarely looking at us while in conversation. He looks like he doesn’t want to be there.
(December 30, 2018, 10:29 pm)I was surprised to learn this location is tucked inside a local collision shop. On short notice, the manager, Jacquez, found a van that my family fit comfortably in. My kids loved it so much they were begging for us to take the van home altogether. Not to be outdone, Jacquez sent us a follow-up text message later the next week to make sure our experience was top-notch.

He truly provides superior customer service & in my situation, while our car was being repaired from auto accident, helped get my children & I in a safe comfortable vehicle for a long time planned road trip.
