We needed someone with a good reputation but also needed them out quickly to freshen up the carpet in a guest house room that had an horribly strong musty smell since it had been closed up for several months with little air circulation. They worked us right in. Charles arrived promptly and is a top notch professional. Pricing was so reasonable that we had our master carpet cleaned as well. I didn’t realize how dirty it was until he made it look brand new again. There was even a terriblly tough stain in our daughters room (approximately 2 sq ft in size & a very dark chocolate drink stain at that) that she hid with a rug for some time. When I found it it wouldn’t budge for my personal shampooer. Thanks to Charles’ expertise it’s as if it was never there! Truly can’t believe it! Highly recommend these guys. Also extremely careful with water around our antiques, electronics and furniture. 5 ???? ‘s!!!
