Its hard to describe perfect customer service at least until today when I went to Leslie's pool store at 1302 West Davis Street and i met a very nice employee named Kathleen, she was very helpful and extremely respectful I will be going back for sure even

Cathlene is great. She seems very knowledgable and friendly. I would hire her to do almost anything.
Leslie's Pool Supplies is always a pleasure to visit, they will test my water and explain it to me in a way that I can understand, what I need to do to make my pool clean and pretty again. Their pool accessories are very high priced, but there chemicals are affordable especially when you get them on sale or with a coupon. Their staff is always friendly and ready to help and very informative, my only complaint, which I cannot knock them a star for, is the overwhelming smell of chlorine and chemicals when you walk into the store. I wish they had better ventilation and I feel like their employees would agree with me. Regardless this is my go-to store and I am very satisfied, and that is why I highly recommend this for your pool needs
