“Best Discount Tire I have been to, hands down. The wait is still long but for a good reason, they have great service. I can see why it would always be busy. They said they'd be done in a hour and a half and they kept that promise. You can easily walk to a restaurant to grab a but to eat while you wait to. My wife went in to get tires rotated and they found a nail in the tire and fixed free of charge. They could have easily just rotated the tires without doing a thorough inspection. They went the extra mile for our safety. I'll happily go back to this store.”

“The technician called within 20 minutes of reporting and was able to diagnose the problem before even arriving. He was then able to show me that the problem he believed it to be was in fact the issue. He also helped with an additional setting issue we were having and clearly explained how to catch that issue again. He also noticed the contact sticker was out of date and promptly replaced it with a new one that had an updated phone number. He seemed very knowledgeable on the products and was fast and efficient.”
