Teamwork as well as the autonomy of the one to one sessions with our clients makes the work environment work well. The manager, Paulette is amazing! She along with her administrative team have worked together not only to strengthen the skills of ABA Therapists but their hard work has afforded this company to expand and thrive! The leadership is understanding and works well with flexible schedules. I enjoy working at Chase Behavior and look forward to seeing this place blossom!
