Went today and just plain rude. Staff needs training on quality customer service. Left and went somewhere else. We will not be going back.
(March 2, 2019, 12:23 pm)This place is very awesome. If you're looking for a good steak I recommend you come here. Oh my gosh the bread rolls are so good as well. I got the fried pickles for an appetizer and they are the best I ever tasted. So if you want to celebrate your anniversary or just want a bite I recommend you come to Texas Roadhouse right here in Kingwood . The waitress was so nice. And they also have peanuts and they let you throw it on the floor for some reason but it was cool to see that. And you cannot go wrong when they give you three shrimp for 1.99 to put on top of your steak. So like I said feel free to stop by soon and bring some friends. If you read this hit the thumbs up.
(February 23, 2019, 10:25 am)Great service once we were seated. The only issue we encountered is our table was given away and we had to wait longer than usual to be seated. Once this was taken care of we received exactly service.
(February 18, 2019, 1:02 am)Definitely enjoyed dinner with my family at this location. The service was exceptional. Our server was definitely on top of her game and made sure each of our requests was fulfilled. Our food was hot and all of it was brought out correctly. Refills of our drinks were always on time. I will definitely make this my favorite location moving forward.
(February 5, 2019, 10:27 am)This restaurant is great. We were a party of 5, and were seated immediately. The service was top notch, and the steaks grilled exactly as ordered. Plus, they have fried pickles! Definitely going back, and will recommend to everyone!
