I had two experiences here, the first one was with my biggest dog. I was so concerned and I call them to see if they had an appointment open for that same day. They said they were full but since they knew I was so concerned with my dog they gave me a last minute appointment even though they charged me more than the regular visit it was not expensive at all. They really took care of my baby, the front desk ladies, vet tech, and Dr. were super nice and helpful, they even sent out a card to my dog to feel better!
The second time my little chihuahua was very sick and I called them very early in the morning and they gave me an appointment the same day, I was heading to work and I got my sisters and my husband to take her but I was so worried about my dog that I wrote them this very long email detailed with what was wrong with my dog even though I explained my sister what was going on with her I still wanted them to know the details just in case. They were so nice about it and replied saying that they would print out the email for the doctor to see it. I got there when my husband and sister where about to check out and the Dr. (I think she’s new) explained what was wrong with my dog all over again she was very nice and helpful and gave me a relief, they even called next day to see how my dog was doing. The vet tech and front staff nice and helpful as always.
From now on I will take all of my dogs here, they are super good to me and my babies and is super close to my house. The prices are good and the care they give to animals and customers is the best I’ve ever experienced!! I would give more starts if I could. -

We got an appointment the same day we called and you could tell they truly care about the animals they take care of. Dr george and her team are compassionate, effective and take the time ti answer any questions you may have. I would recommend them to anyone that asked for a referral.

(July 26, 2018, 5:49 am)I would give 5 stars, except that you need an appointment. But we still had a fairly long wait. We're there almost 2 hours total time. BUT...staff was nice. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and went into great detail to explain about our dogs illness.
