(March 15, 2019, 2:19 am)Went in pack/ship some boxes and the counter rep (Phillip) was really nice, friendly and helpful. He helped me get everything packed up just in time to make today's pickup and was even nice enough to let my kids and I wait in the store for a tow service when I locked my keys in my car. I'll gladly use this location again and share the word with my friends/family in the area.

(January 15, 2019, 1:06 pm)Until today, I had missed this store BUT I'm so excited I realized today we have a UPS store in Old Magnolia!!! My dad needed a notary...which the owner happens to be! My dad needed copies, which he got quickly and the owner even put my dad's letter in the mail! Clean, friendly and professional! One stop and all fixed up!!
