He even identified several deficiencies that were missed by other inspectors and roofing contractors alike. The detailed report he provided contained: several pictures of the problem areas (roof and non-roof related), a plan for fixing each individual roof issue, and a very reasonable price quote. For the non-roof related damages/issues, Nathan could recommend and provide contacts for other contractors specialized in that field. As the potential house buyer, this was extremely helpful in keeping me fully informed and alleviating my concerns. The other inspector and contractor reports left me wary, but I didn't feel that at all with Nathan and Kraft Roofing which I really appreciated. Nathan gave us a thorough roof inspection. The physical report was very detailed with lots of pictures. He looked at the entire roof, not just what was accessible at the entrance. He even called out things not related to roofing but that he noticed that could be of concern to us. He called us to give us a summary and answer any questions we had. He was easy to work with and would recommend him.

We just had our roof replaced by Kraft Roofing and Construction. Nathan worked with our insurance to get our claim approved. We were provided suggestions and samples of the shingles and colors we could choose from. All materials were delivered on time and the work began on the scheduled day and the exact time. Nathan monitored the work throughout the day until all work was completed. The entire crew was courteous and professional and did a great job installing our roof and cleaning up afterwards.
