Service was professional and prices, though a bit high, seemed reasonable.
One nice thing was that the computer system their techs use for reports and billing on site was very modern and made paying super simple. I greatly appreciate companies like this taking advantage of modern technology.
(August 8, 2019, 10:45 am)Arrived on time. Thorough and believable estimate for upstairs shower leak onto living room ceiling. Fast expert repair. Billing less than estimate. Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. Will recommend to anyone.

This was painless! All work and follow up inspections were completed as stated. Steven, Luis and Gabe arrived, removed old equipment and installed new. Those three were in and out, up and down stairs and squeezed into the tight attic. The care taken to cover the floors where their paths would be was exceptional. And at the end of the day the clean up was impeccable. Luis, Gabe and Steve were on a mission and no time was wasted. When they left it was as if no one had been here. All I know is that I had heat and AC flowing well and my home was comfortable once more. Thanks to Matt and Skylar for inspections. The Bradbury Brothers have certainly outdone themselves in putting together a great team! I would not hesitate to recommend BB to all my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done!

Technician Juan Martinez was thorough and very professional and personable. I would recommend Bradbury Brothers wholeheartedly.
(July 26, 2019, 1:01 am)Efficient and friendly 2 hot water heater replaced. Chris and Issac were great! One heater started leaking on Friday night.. I called another company and they scheduled a tech for Saturday morning... but he didn’t show up. I then called Bradbury Brothers and they arrived within an hour of my call. Project scoped out, priced and scheduled. Job was then completed as promised on Tuesday morning. Could have done it sooner if an emergency, but we had a working second unit.
Warning! If your water heater is 12 years or older... get it replaced... we were lucky we were home and caught it before a disaster!
