(September 2, 2021, 9:39 pm)This place is super inviting and clean, with nice wood flooring and state of the art strength and conditioning equipment. I go here because the coaches are of the highest caliber when it comes to not only knowledge of the human muscular system and the effect of proper resistance exercises, but also being passionate about motivating and pushing me to get the most out of me during an efficient workout.

(April 15, 2021, 5:30 pm)I actually look forward to working out! The ARX and the CAROL bike are great. I get a complete workout in a short amount of time and having a personal trainer who is so knowledgeable is very encouraging.
(April 15, 2021, 4:38 pm)If you’re looking for a one-on-one, private studio workout with the latest equipment (ARX), NeoFit is the place. Adrian is so knowledgeable about fitness, strength training, nutrition, stretching, & diet. With the ARX machine, you get a full workout in 15 minutes. The Carol bike’s workout is intense and only 8 minutes. I’ve tried many other places & trainers but NoeFit & Adrian is the best.
