I called them in a panic with a strange odor coming from my AC unit. Essential Mechanical Services came out at a moments notice and fixed the issue. They always go above and beyond. I have formerly went with other HVAC companies that have more than FAILED me, now that I have Essential Mechanical Services I know I am well taken care of. I stand by this company, you should too!

Essential Mechanical Services made replacing an antique air-conditioner painless. The owner helped directly with the recommendation of an affordable, quality product and the installation. No stone was left unturned before recommending an entirely new system. The problem forcing the replacement was diagnosed quickly and was impossible to repair the issue due to it's location. Therefore, the option to remedy the failure of a 40 year old piecemealed system was agreed upon and the units went in the next day.
If the issue could have been fixed with a repair on the coil, EMS would have accommodated the fix. The owner is an HONEST man and a talented service provider.
I will always use and recommend Essential Mechanical Services for my HVAC needs going forward.
