  I have been with Lithium since day 1. It is a great community as I have met many friends working out and also have gotten in great shape. My life insurance premiums actually went down as a result. The work outs are fun and efficient.

  Been working out here for over a year. The programming is really well done. I've had many injuries in my past from various sports and I've done things I never thought I'd do again. As with all good CrossFit boxes though, the people make it what it is.

  I’ve dropped in to Lithium a couple times now and this box its so welcoming. Great coaches and an awesome workout for newbies and beginners. Would definitely recommend!!

  Great little place to visit. Dropped in while visiting a friend and coach Jacob took care of me. Tough but fun workout and they have a lot of really nice equipment. Also liked that they have showers if you need to head somewhere right after. Will be coming back when I'm around the area.

  I started doing Crossfit regularly about 5-6 months ago. The programming here has been excellent. Everything is scalable so anyone can do it. I'm literally in the best shape I've been in in a long time. Lithium has invested in great equipment, great coaching and the community is very welcoming and fun.
