  At this point in my life I don't own very much but the things that I do own are valuable to me in one form or another so when I decided to store 90% of my possessions indefinitely I considered a few important points. Location and accessibility, security, size and of course cost. I needed climate control for my guitars and other electronic items and I needed my Harley to be with the rest of my things which became a problem right off the bat with some storage companies. My first experience with Life Storage was a late call to customer service in Georgia and I left that conversation with a very good feeling. The next morning I received a call from the facility itself and decided to go take a look at some units and see if things resonated well with me or not. Everything was inline with what I wanted as the building is in a great location with adequate security, and an inside unit at a good price. That's not what really sold me though. The assistant manager working there at the time took her job and my concerns very seriously. She addressed all of my issues, answered all of my questions and even found a different unit for me when the first one I looked at wasn't quite what I wanted. In other words, the customer service from my initial call, and especially the sometimes hard to find these days, caring attitude, professionalism and desire to ensure my complete satisfaction assistance I received when I got there, were the most important factors for me in choosing the place to store my most valued possessions. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and the people I have encountered who represent it. These qualities are are not as easily found as they once were, but as in this case, they make all the difference in the world to the ones who take them to heart when making important decisions regarding the things that have meaning in their lives.
