(September 30, 2019, 10:11 pm)Had a great experience working with David Pratt. He is very knowledgeable and professional. David replaced our compressor that was under warranty and cleared the drain in the attic. I would recommend him to friends and will call him for future repairs when needed.
(September 14, 2019, 6:26 pm)As a business owner I pride myself in customer service and I strive to find other businesses that provide the same service. My ac was old and breaking often and was in need of a new one. Dalton came and did a repair and we spoke about a new ac. Dalton was a true professional and I knew this was a great company. 4 days later it broke again and that was the last straw. Dalton came back out very quickly and got me going. I ordered my new ac and the installers came and took them about 18 hours and two days to install it. Cody, Alex, Robert and Chris were the ones who installed the system along with some help from Dalton. I have one of the smallest attics and they were up there for two days and not one time did they get aggravated from the heat and everything the whole time was yes sir and no sir. I can’t brag enough about these guys and their respectfulness. The owners need to give these boys a raise because they were great. I will never call anyone else for my ac work and I will highly recommend them to all my business associates. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

James has always been my favorite technician and David is a close runner up. I truly appreciate the excellent service that you have provided me over the years. This company strives for 100% customer satisfaction. You can try other companies but you will not get the customer service or care that Kahl strives for.
(July 17, 2019, 8:08 pm)I had heating and AC extended into our newly enclosed patio area. Dillon and Ethan were very professional in explaining the process and what was involved in making this conversion. This was more detailed than I had imagined. Both were hard working and made sure this old guy would understand how the system worked completely. I very much recommend Kahl's and these hard working young men.
(June 19, 2019, 2:05 pm)Our A/C went out on Sunday night. Monday I called Kahl for service. They were able to come out that day and let me know we needed a whole new system. Not what I wanted to hear, but their quote was by far the most fair out of all the companies I called. They were out Tuesday and installed a whole new unit. Ethan and Alex were so professional and polite and kept their job clean. Thank you! I would highly recommend Kahl AC.
