  If you are looking for an amazing Insurance Agent, look no further than Shanon Salsbury. I have had the privilege of having He and his office taking care of my insurance needs for over 8 years. Their knowledge, customer service, and follow up are second to none. If I have question I pick up the phone call the office, and speak to any of the amazing people He has in the office, and get my question answered. If they don't know the answer, they find the answer and get back to me quickly.   I have been with Shanon Salsbury of State Farm for over 9 1/2 years. I have my home and all my autos insured with Shanon. I value customer service and Shanon and all his office staff have always been available to me when I had any questions. They also let me know about any discounts that are available to me. I would recommend Shanon and his group for all your insurance needs.

  This is not your typical insurance agency. I've been with this agency around 10 years. They've been with me through teenagers driving and having accidents and trading vehicles regularly. I am always treated kindly and efficiently and with great rates too. I appreciate that they call to wish a happy holiday or just to check in on us after a wreck. The staff is outstanding - portraying Christian values in everything they do.

  We recently filed our first claim after my wife was rear-ended. The other party's insurance was covering the claim and their insurance was offering less than what we are insured for. After a brief call to Shanon, he interceded and we very quickly were on par with our own policy. Shanon's team followed the full process thereafter and we are happy to report a very prompt return of our like new vehicle. Shanon covers the majority of our insurance needs and we especially appreciate the annual reviews to make sure we are up to date.
