Ayla: as much as I admire and appreciate her and would hate to see her leave, she deserves to be store manager at her own store. Evie: there's really no one better on the sales floor than her. “If it's Sports or camping or Outdoors related, you can be pretty sure to find it at Academy. I have shopped at Academy since I was a kid. And you can rely on the fact that they carry quality stuff. When my kids are in sports I end up finding what they need their. When summertime rolls around and I'm grilling and smoking Outdoors they have what I need. We even buy shoes there. Also we have a great family memory of waiting in a mile long line at midnight the night the Astros won the World Championship!”
