  My teenage son and I have been to four other gaming/comic stores in the Houston area, but none of them compare to the variety of selections available and the welcoming atmosphere offered by the staff here. My son is extremely partial to Space Cadets, as they encourage and offer assistance when attempting new games or finding information. We feel so fortunate to have this store near us!

  This place essentially represents the birthplace of my gaming passion. I’ve been to other places in the area that are all great in their own right, but something about space cadets keeps me coming back although other stores are closer to me. There is something really special about this place. The atmosphere is open and inviting, they don’t allow profanity at their gaming events so I feel safe with my kids. The location is nestled in an endearing spot where I feel comfortable with my kids just kind of wandering around the store without me. It has this cool 80’s arcade feel to it, like I’m stepping into a Steven Spielberg set. Simply a joy to support.

  Space Cadets Gaming Gaming is a wonderful local gaming shop. All the staff (and especially the owner Brian) really put the Friendly in this FLGS. There is a wide array of games in the demo cabinet to try, and a continual stream of gaming activities throughout the week. Have questions about that deck builder? They’ve got the time for you. Don’t see something on the shelves? They can order you a copy pretty quickly. The owner clearly loves what he does, and it shows in attention to detail, interactions with customers, and community involvement.

  Space Cadets is the best gaming store in this area. The owner and his staff are always helpful with any questions that I have had. They do not focus just on the hard core games. Their door is open to everyone who wants to have fun.

  Brian and his team always work to keep on top of the latest games and updates for all games; tabletop board, or card. Events hosted are always a blast and I love hanging out with the "regulars" and the staff at the store. Great, family oriented place that will definitely have you coming back.
  
  When I was trying to learn MTG I showed up and the staff was more than helpful. Sat down and was taught on the spot. Found out that at the end of the evening that it was Brian the owner that was teaching me. This is definitely my shop for life.
