Very personable approach and friendly attentive staff. It was definitely worth ditching my old insurance company for a better coverage, less money, and better service!

The national company has plenty of trouble with customers moving auto insurance from state to state. I'd receive a check for overpayment one week... then a week later I'd receive a bill -- multiple times!
But, I'm so very lucky to have found a wonderful agent in Kari Romano! We've been with State Farm for decades and in 5 states, and l have never received such amazing customer service as Kari and her team has given to me. I found my 'issue in question' 8 weeks ago. l made weekly calls maybe 2 or 3 times... then to my surprise, Kari started CALLING ME! showing that she's staying on top of MY issue! THAT is dedication to a customer!!! A customer, mind you, who has moved OUT of Texas and sadly won't be needing Kari's unbelievable services any longer.
Please, if you're new to Spring, the Woodlands, Conroe or anywhere in Houston and looking for an insurance agent who will work hard for you, call Kari Romano. In fact, even if you're not new to area... CHANGE your agent to Kari! It's very rare to find dedicated, attentive, caring customer service like she offers.

Love this group of ladies and highly recommend them to anyone wanting an agent who give back to her community, is knowledgeable and cares about her customers.
